You need a Bluetooth mouse that is connected to the main hub(Mac, laptop,etc), and you bring the mouse with you wherever you use the iPad. Until after several months, several try, I finally figured it out. Then I tested it after reading many reviews, but what bothers me is, once the screen is on idle, I always have to walk to the main hub(Mac, laptop,etc) to wake it up in order to reactivate the Luna display connection to my iPad, otherwise the iPad Luna display just gonna keep trying to connect forever.
